Let’s be honest, motivation is not enough to achieve goals. Nor is will power. This program is about giving you the actual tools you need so you have clarity and can actually deliver results in your own life rather than wishing and hoping that motivation will come.
I draw on my own 19 years of corporate experience, as well as coaching skills and experience to guide and support every single participant and their uniques position and desires.
Belief is important, but action is what drives results. This is not a program about wishing for change, this is about taking ownership and creating the career and life you want.
This program isn’t about long lists of ‘to-do’s. This is about making sure your time, energy and effort is concentrated on the right things that will move you forward in a big way.
Your past does not determine your future. Instead your future is determined by how you show up and what action you take. If you’re ready to step into the career and life you want, you’ll learn how embrace the past experiences that serve you and to let go of the things that don’t.
This is not some quick fix program that promises the world and then doesn’t deliver. Instead this program enables you to create traction and momentum and actually achieve results in both the short-term and long-term.
Pre-start week:
Jan 1 – Jan 9, 2022
Through the exercise “Invitation to Dream Big’ you’ll define your core values, understand how they drive your aspirations and actions, and open up what’s possible for you to build and achieve in your life over next 10 years.
When the program formally begins, you’ll have the edge — you’ll have oriented your values, clearly envisioned what’s next for you, and will have taken the first step on the path to your dreams.
By the end of Pre-start Week you’ll have clarity on your values and purpose, and have a clear vision for your life and career for the next 10 years.

The group meets weekly for about 90 minutes for each of the 6 weeks.
Sessions are held virtually via a secure Zoom link and recordings of the session are made available following each call.
The group is intentionally kept intimate, so everyone has the opportunity to contribute and be supported throughout the program.
Key to the groups success is having like-minded women come together and so each participant is screened to make sure it’s the right fit for all involved.
Firstly book a connection call to have a chat and make sure the program is the right fit for you.
Once you’re in the program you’ll participate by completing the weekly workbook and exercises, attending the group sessions (or catching the replay) and by contributing via the Facebook group.
It is up to you how involved you are, and while you’ll always have the opportunity to speak up, you can also go at your own pace and you’ll never be called on to contribute unless you want.
I recommend you commit 2-3 hours a week to get the most from the program over the six weeks.
This will include time for the group sessions as well as time to review, reflect on and complete the workbooks and exercises that accompany each week.
Each weekly session will include an open forum for you to ask questions and receive coaching and guidance.
You’ll also be able to ask questions to me and also get support and from the other women in the community as well.
The connection call is a great way to make sure the program is a good fit for you.

Yes, you’ll have the opportunity to talk with me each week through the group call.
You’ll also be able to ask questions in the group forum if you get stuck or need clarification.
While it’s ideal to attend sessions live, I understand that’s not always possible.
Recordings will be made available to all participants within 24 hours of the session.
And if something comes up for you outside of the live session, you’ll still be able to ask questions in between so you’ll always be supported.
The two offerings are different and offer different benefits.
1-on-1 coaching is an intimate co-creation process where the attention is 100% focused on your personal circumstances and desires.
Within this group program, you’ll have access to coaching within a group setting plus you’ll also be able to see other incredible women being coached. I recommend listening to others with the question ‘how does this apply to me?’ in mind, because you’ll find some valuable insights for yourself when listening to others.
This program will also give you specific skills and tools around each of the topics, as well as having the support of other professional, driven women to cheer you on and build your network.
The group program also has the added benefit of costing less, making it more accessible.
Absolutely you can.
The two offerings are different and you’ll gain different support and tools in the 1-on-1 environment compared to the group setting.
Both are immensely valuable.
If you’re unsure which option is best or if you should pursue both, please reach out and I can provide some additional guidance for your unique circumstance.
