Coaching is a structured conversation aimed at creating clarity and focus, to help the client achieve their goals. Sessions are held between the client and the coach and determine:
- The topic or area the client wants to work on
- What the current situation is
- The specific goal they want to achieve; and
- How to make the goal a reality
I get it, coaching is an investment in yourself. When deciding whether to part with your hard-earned cash, consider what the benefits of coaching will do for you, your career and life.
Often, you’ll be able to fast track career goals and gain greater confidence and happiness because of coaching, and those results are hard to put a price on.
Yes, we offer payment plans for ongoing coaching, however, it does cost a little extra due to the additional administration.
I don’t. I work with men as well, but the vast majority of my clients are women.

It depends, but remember you’ll get more out of the process if you are willing to do the work outside of sessions.
I recommend committing at least an hour or two, in addition to the coaching session. This will help you clarify what you want to achieve and how to implement actions.
If you are completing a program, you will usually need to dedicate a couple of hours a week.
