I’m so excited you are here!
It means a lot to me that you’ve joined the community of likeminded women. Together, we’re living life on our terms and making the world a better place.
Nothing brings me more joy than sharing good ideas. So, here are 3 of my favourite modern-day thought leaders that I’m sure you’ll love too.
These aren’t affiliate links, they are just resources that I think will help you on your journey.
3 Modern Thought Leaders to Embrace
Mel Robbins’ straight-talking approach to getting things done is honest, direct and brilliant. Mel explains that getting what we want is ‘simple but not easy’. Her powerful ‘5 Second Rule’ provides a straightforward and effective tool that everyone can use in order to support action in any area of life.
A great introduction to Mel’s work is her 2011 TEDx Talk and her blogs: The 5 Second Rule and The Five Elements of the 5 Second Rule.
I also recommend following her on Instagram for daily reminders on how to work towards your goals through little acts of courage.
Marie Forleo’s ‘Everything is Figureoutable’ is a modern-day mantra to help you achieve anything you want. Her Super Soul Session with Oprah is worth a watch if you’re new to Marie. Marie TV (or the podcast version) is great a for weekly dose of practical inspiration injected with some humour.
If you want to delve in deeper, Marie’s new book, Everything is Figureoutable, is a great, easy to action read that can help you achieve results in no time.
Best known as the author of Eat, Pray, Love, it’s Elizabeth Gilbert’s Big Magic: Creative Living Beyond Fear that I consider a game-changer. Whether you consider yourself a creative or not, this book is a must-read!
But I know reading a book takes a bit of time. So, if you want some quick hits of Elizabeth’s wisdom, check out her two TED talks: Success, failure & the drive to keep creating and your elusive creative genius.
